As you can see from this chart above the Republicans have already won the argument over the spending game in Washington. Even know they received 1.7 million less votes than House Republicans, failed to take the Senate, or defeat President Obama the GOP has somehow managed Democrats on the hill and in the White House to accept the Ryan Budget that was received so poorly during the 2012 election.
