Numbers released this morning from Gallup are proving to be very sobering for the Republican Party. Their approval among voters has sunk to its lowest level in the last 20 years. As the party who compares immigrants to dogs, wages war on women, and opposes health care continues the slide into the abyss shutting down the government and defaulting on the debt is not going to help an endangered party come back from the grave anytime soon.
