GOP split on cloture 19 against, 27 for (could have been 26; one senator didn't vote, don't know which side)The GOP split. One Senator didn't vote. hmm? Cloture was invoked meaning the debate proceeds. All that is left now is the assumption Reid will strip the defund language pass the clean bill and kick it back to the House. For Ted Cruz this is a victory. Surprisingly there were GOP Senators than expected which now how much power does Ted Cruz have and should Mitch McConnell be worried?
