Corbett has proposed a multi-pronged reform centered on reducing the corporate income tax from 9.99 to 6.99 percent and eliminating a double tax on business income assets. 

Corbett's social media team tweeted this out 16 minutes after reports of collapsed building in Center City Philadelphia with trapped people. Surely not intentional on the Governor's part but none-the-less terrible optics talking about cutting tax cuts as buildings are falling down in your largest city's downtown...
