Does Canada Have a Corruption Problem.

One day after their beloved mayor in Montreal was arrested on corruption charges their deputy mayor has now resigned.
Of course it is important to note that Applebaum got his current job (or  I guess at this point former job) on the heals of the previous mayor resigning over allegded corruption charges involving organized crime.

Hey look on the bright side no one has been video taped smoking crack in this Canadian city... yet.
